Can I use the app for free? Pricing

The Guest Plan and Free Plan allow you to use the app for free, but there are limits on the data retention period.

With the paid Premium Plan, the data retention period is unlimited. If you want to keep using the app long-term, consider upgrading.

About Data

Will my data remain if I change my smartphone? Data

All your diary data is stored in the cloud.

If you are on the Free Plan or the Premium Plan, you can log in on your new smartphone and continue accessing your data.

However, if you use the app as an Guest Plan, your data cannot be transferred when you change your smartphone, so please be aware of this.

If you want to keep your data with the Guest Plan

By upgrading to the Free Plan, you can keep your data even if you change your device.

What happens after the data retention period ends? Data

Each plan has a set data retention period as shown below:

After the retention period ends, data will be automatically deleted in order, starting with the oldest.

Please note that data deleted automatically cannot be restored.

About Account

How can I delete my account? Pricing

If you have registered for the Free Plan or the Premium Plan, you can delete your account by:

Tapping Delete Account in the app's Settings.

What should I do if I want to stop using Guest Plan? Data

There are two ways to stop using Guest Plan:

  1. Manual account deletion
    If you want to stop Guest Plan, tap Delete Account in the app's Settings to delete your account.

  2. Automatic deletion after the data retention period ends
    Guest Plan have a data retention period of 1 week, after which data is automatically deleted.

    If no data has been created in the past 1 week, the account itself will also be automatically deleted, so your data will not remain indefinitely.
